#SOPHIALASTYLETIPS WINTER ESSENTIAL

                   

As the days goes by the weather is getting better. These are my all time every year winter survival kits.

 I like to call it WINTOR! 

Kuhn Rikon flask. This is one of my daily use, i usually make hot tea when leaving home. It keeps my tea warm for couple of hours.

 Vitamin c. This i take once every day in a glass cup of water, or sometimes mixed with orange juice.

 Seven seas pure cod liver oil. This is a sources of omega 3 and vitamin D. It helps maintain bones and support everyday health.

 Vaseline. I alway leave this inside my bag, i usually apply it on my lips  , It help keeps the lips fresh in winter and any day.

 Elizabeth Arden eight hour hand cream. This one is very pricy, but you can get any hand cream that is quite good. This is the Intensive moisturising hand cream 30ml, i use it 3 times a day, it last longer, leaves the skin soft and smooth.

 Lips gloss. If i need to touch up my makeup when going out,i just apply lips gloss and it keeps it shining.   

Vaporub. I applied it on my chest every night, i sometimes have cold. It can be very helpful. 

 My mug. HaHa the writing on the mug get me talking.

 My overused knee boots. Got them few years ago and they are quit warm.

 Fashion magazines. I do love to see what is in the fashion news, i read on the road and indoors.

Hand gloves. These help keep my hands war, and is a must have.
