Off should or cold shoulder regardless of what every you call it, it is one of the biggest comeback trends in 2016. Nothing new about off should top or dress, we have seen it before year after year, somehow, this time around everywhere you turn there it is some chic is wearing off should thing.
Ugh: Fashion is really a merry go round, yeah rights.
Every year some trends are on the repeats, they hunt us so much that the spirit of buying tells you to go and shop.
On a serious note, cold shoulder tops are really gorgeous, worn as a top or dress, styling it with perfect heels adding a little attitude. Girl, you have landed big time.
